Dayz mod working but no loot?

I have added all the mods that another dayz server has onto mine. they all seem to of loaded . on the other server there are m16 , scopes, helmits ,gear, ect. all over the military bases. my military bases have nothing . just cargo nets and field back packs? Is there another step ?
