Server shows a graph saying X amount of GB used and i think this might be the issue

So i've restarted my game twice since i started the server with survival servers. This said last run we were experiencing more crashes and the data usage for the server was saying we were nearing 18 GB. I cleared our storage and reset the game back to factory settings. Clearing and validating all files, and removing all mods i had put in place which were running, and the server was running as of 1 AM this morning.

Anyhow, when i did this reset the server ceased to work. I have tried to start up a new server on my hosted server like i have twice now and it results in a crash within 1-2 minutes.

As I've cleared my: storage, mods, and validated all the files. The only thing i can think of as an issue now is the backup section says there are backups going back to last month some of which look to be rather large. I do not see these backups anywhere in the files i have access to through FTP and the server itself. I gather Survival Servers keeps its own backups? Does anyone know how i would clear these server backups i do not control? Has anyone run into similar issues and has any idea of how to fix this?

Note: the core game as it stands / on my PC is 3.8 GB so all of that data must be in the backups as I do not believe that the mods I used to have etc were the issue. I've cleared the mods though removed every edit i did and set it back to validated factory settings.
