    So since about the 1:50 central restart yesterday, the restarts have not worked on the Live server, or test server. Nothing changed, no new uploads, nothing. The server fails to unlock, and never restarts, but does lock itself. I have re saved the configuration from the control panel, then re uploaded all my custom settings, thanks to the useless control panel.... The player base is complaing left and right about this, but there is nothing I can do about it. Without restarts, you cant play anyways. So every restarts is having to be a manual one from the control panel, then it runs fine, but the restarts do not work.
