After getting zero support i purchased the auto refuel script and the towing script i don't think anyone is gunna reply to this but how do i go about getting those scripts now?

I have had so many problems with this server and not one person will help... I gave up on putting scripts in cause i didn't know which username and password to put in filezilla and now my server is down i didn't edit anything i never uploaded any of the script changes i as playing just fine and it just stopped..... So much for support

So i did pretty much everything i needed to do for the auto refuel script but i don't how to use the FTP (FileZilla) To connect so i can edit the scripts.txt in the battle eye folder

I looked through the forums and seen some people had the same problem some were saying that the set up was done wrong so i went back and did the set up again not once but twice i had 2 mistakes i fixed them and thought yay i can play now but nothing i can not play at all and it kinda pisses me off cause i did everything right

So how did they fix it cause i have the same problem my server that i just bought is grayed out on commander and i can't join it
