So far i have put up tickets and been ignored! So sitting there saying post up a ticket is a bit of a slap to my face. There is yet another ticket placed up, if my server is not up and running within 24 hours with what i paid for then ill cancel my credit card payment and have my money back and use someone else. I dont think i can be any more plain than i am being now Paid for server Server wont allow me to install epoch now. Server wont allow me to install antihack without being kicked from the server immediately upon joining and being placed in debug. Server wont work now at all. Yes i have placed a ticket up, but i imagine that will be ignored also.

I got mine up and running without the ss antihack tool working, but when you install that it just gives black screen then when you press escape you end in debug zone then kicked. It's as if it doesn't work with epoch, despite it saying it does. I really hope they respond to me and fix my server up for me. I'd hate to have to charge back on my credit card for non existent service. I am now wishing i went elsewhere though judging by the inactivity of this forum/tickets and the fact i think there is only 3 people operating this venture.

Server is still pending? Received the email with the information to get into my TC admin panel for my paid for epoch server Username is blank: Password is entered and nothing happens. Cant even take the process to the next level as it wont allow me to log in. Why is the username blank? I don't even think i have a username as of yet, just my CC name for my payment. Any advice would be great?
