Everything is back. Found the correct save.

My FTP shows no saves besides today. Only place that shows saves is on Survival Servers website.

Took them 7.5 hours to respond to me.

Did one from last night and it did not change anything. Except I saw 1 tamed dino. Doing an earlier one now. I also replied back to the ticket what I just said.

I can now legit stop the server. But nothing else has changed.

They responded to me and claim its fixed. I am trying to start the server now.

So you can stop the server on Survival Server but the server never truly goes down?

Ok same thing happened to me today. I submitted a ticket 6 hours ago. No response. I will let you know when and if I get an answer.

I submitted one. It takes a long time to get responses so I figured I could see if others had the same problem. Not being able to stop the actual Ark server does not make sense. Even if files are corrupt. I can stop it on this website but I can not stop it in Ark.

Has anyone had a problem where they woke up to log on to their server and you had to recreate your character? I stayed the same level and I am in the same clan. Everything on the world is gone. Extinction was off. So I tried to roll back my server and I can not even stop it. I can stop it in Survival Servers website but it never goes down in Ark. All rollbacks never affected the server. I can be logged in and stop the server. Never am I forced off.
