I ordered a server today as well and cannot see it either. As of now I cannot do anything and I am awaiting support to help me. I did find the porblem and my guess is that you have the same problem; The IP and port my server uses is already used by a Rust server. Therefor I cannot connect nor even see my server in either the ARK's server browser nor the Steam server browser. And when I press Launch in the control panel which should connect you to your server but instead it want to connect to that Rust server.
