    So I just recently purchased a server so I'm new to this but when i type in my parameters for my server and set the difficulty to one it wont spawn any high lvl creatures the highest I've seen while exploring and testing is 29 even though difficulty 1 on Ragnarok should spawn lvl 150 max. Can some one please assist me?
