    Mods and Spawn Rates

    Hello. How would I add mods to my rust server? Also, how would I go about increasing the spawn rate of animals and nodes on my rust server? I understand I can go in the game and type the commands in, but the config doesn't save. so is there a specific file location where I can edit the server cfg and have it actually save?

    Im mostly new to FTP, but i have used putty to access server files on a Linux server. but otherwise i dont know how to ftp, can someone please explain it with some steps? thank you.
