If you change the advanced launch parameters on the A2 server to always spawn the fountain of youth I've confirmed that it will show up on the southeast island. It's in a cave near a shipwreck on the southern side of the island.
How hard was it to run the cave?

Do you know if the Fountain of youth quest is active this map? also do you know what map has wheat on it?

From what I understand if you mess with the Map in any way after first install it will mess up the Harvesting of that Island, Can I assume youve updated the map or moved an Island after first install..... Thats the Only thing I know causes that...
I think this happens because I have been up grading my map when you put out updates. I can get it i fixed I just have to "Delete" the issland and re add it to the map.
Firstly, thankyou so much for going to the trouble of making this map. You are awesome. Secondly does this map contain the new giant craps and deep sea trench?

these options are not available yet they are part of an up coming upgrade

so after playing for a while you can harvest on some of the islands, I went to B2 and none of the islands are can not be harvested. In A2 island Mnt_k_ER is is the same way

Just a heads up, we come across a few islands in the top right (I will get you a map picture with what islands specifically later) that are mega glitched out (areas where you get caught in rubberbanding loops (like your getting stuck in terrain that's not there) and those same islands are non-harvestable. The non-harvestable thing I read a while back is caused by moving islands sometimes or something, can't recall exactly what it said. Will definitely get back to you one the exact islands and if I happen to find anymore. Not sure if anything can be done but those two islands are complete no goes atm with the rubberband/stuck thing and non-harvestable.
I have had to move islands to make it so you could harvest again it appears to work

ok got it up and run right have to load the maps directly to the server. and you need to set home server to 0,1

So I got issues it only let me spawn in a 0,0 not 0,1 where the free port is

sorry to ask another questions about your map I'm going to give it a try tonight. But after I save everything. Will Installing this do a complete wipe or do I have to do that another way.

how "packed" does the map feel? do you still feel like it's a sailing game?

Hi all,
I been playing with he editor for the last few weeks but have not uploaded or change the map. I have a bout 8 ppl on my server and have told them not to build on 2 of the maps as I plan to edit them. But we have started building large ships and some ports in A1. I plan to update A2 with new more balanced Islands that what are currently there with the defalt 2x2.
I just want to know if anyone has done any editing with out having to do a full wipe.

Are you referring to "Force Respawn Dinos" in the Advanced Launch Parameters? By doing this on the 0.0 server it applies to all the other grids?
Yes it will if you have all your servers linked to the same account,

I am slightly confused, you are speaking of the structure wipe admin command correct? If so I am assuming those must be ran when you are in the grid of the specific server you wish to clear the structures from.
They can also be run in the advanced INI Gui setting when rebooting a server.

Not sure if this is right. But I know the Gui ini editor works a crossed all the severs now I love that function. But If i want to just run it a command on one server ( ie structure wipe) do i need to do it manually the tweet shows redial buttons that give you the option not to but I don't see those on the live Gui interface .

looks like its an advanced setting this should go a crossed the cluster.

Do/did you change both values?
Difficulty Offset = 1
Override Official Difficulty = 4
to
Difficulty Offset = 0
Override Official Difficulty = 1
I have not I was waiting for the update I will do it after that, I think you might as it not build in to the reconfig reboot.

Ya looks like the difficulty is set high in the default GUI InI editor. set to 1 and 4 by default
Difficulty OffsetChanges the difficulty on the server, 0 being normal and 1 being 4x harder and more loot (confirmed Atlas setting)
Override Official DifficultyChanges the difficulty on the server if you want to go above the Official Difficulty Offset maximum of 1.0 (only works on The Island over values of 5.0) More info

I noticed this as well after adjusting some of the InI files with the new InI GUI interface. might have to look through it tonight and see what its doing it looks alot like ark levels.
