    Same issue here. Starting the server manually hasn't been working the last few days as well.

    Try re-loading your panel. I was having the same issue ~5 mins ago and it just appeared now. If it's still not there, try submitting a ticket (try re-loading first) because it did pop up for me after getting a response from a support ticket.
