I got a list of messages where I asked about every 2 hours for a ETA and no response. This has continued for about 10 hours, never had service like this before.

They are not answering when asked for ETA or update. Lack of communication with them isnt normal and totally unprofessional.

I'm the same boat with 4 servers offline, your above response is word for word mine. It's been 6 hours and they wont reply back when we ask for updates. Sounds like it's time to blast Twitter and get some attention.

Moving to Primitive plus, what items are lost? As the title says, 1. What items are lost? 2. Are they just "poof" removed and gone? 3. Are the existing there and just engrams so new cant be made? 4. Any options to roll back to previous if we don't like?

Not taking up for them... But it looks like they are not recieving the update until its public, so its taking some time for them to get installed and working. If they dont get it ahead of time to be ready for release, then how can one expect them to be. Thanks Sony and unofficial servers!

Any way to prevent killing your own dinos? Seems like since the last update, while harvesting your Dino randomly dies. We are thinking at the moment, the dinos are stepping in front of you while you swing and hitting them. We have lost several good dinos and birds because of this...

I know this is the second time my server has been offline in 2 weeks for a update. They really not impressing right now...

We have a private server, but one user has built such an elaborate house that anytime a player gets near it... it lags, game becomes glitch and over all performance dies. Once your away from his area then the games performance runs normal. Any solutions or ideas to fix.
