    How come SS is always behind on sever side updates? Latest is 544.23. and we stuck on 544.15. We missing updated fixing crashes and lots of other issues right now.

    I work in IT and been using SS for a couple of years now, I found all their tricks. Once the screen goes away and refreshes, give it about 5 mins and refresh again. If you dont see what you need, repeat a couple more times at 5 mins each. Some updates can take 20-30 mins to fully install.

    I have 7 servers to run it on, all have installed but no Genesis option to choose the map. Ryan should reply shortly...

    Do not keep running it over and over, even when it dissappears its still woking on the back side.. Your causing it to restart over and over

    How long did it take, those reboots normally take 15-20 mins to fully complete. refresh your page in a few mins

    Once Ryan and the guys finish pushing the update, then the options for the Genesis map should pop up from the drop down. Nothing can be done until they apply the patches on the backend. They said 20 mins about 10 mins ago....

    yes, should be. I dont auto install so I will have to do a Auto update/force install. But for most that should be all, let update get installed and run...

    I spent my morning writing a script to auto-refresh, the control panel, twitter feeds and other sites so i could be lazy and keep up...

    "That would be nice, update all servers then lock servers until release. The only problem is you update and lock then wild card says yeah we're going to delay it till next month. " The issue is Wildcard is delaying giving the software to SS, sadly I can bash them for the delays all day but having experience in programming and software. I do understand what they going through and having to wait on others.

    Dude we been waiting since December, its crazy they waiting so late in the day to push it. I have players who are in times zones where they wont get it until 1 am or so...

    We just had a server terminated for non-pay, however it was setup for auto-pay. She went through the website and never found just a pay now option. She also sent me screenshots which I compared to my control panel of my servers, the pay options wasnt the same. Also showed auto-pay was enabled. We need help getting this restored.

    Windows PC? If so, i have found an application called Beacon. Its a download and install application, you go through all the catagories and check the things you want to add and remove from drops. At the end you export and it gives you the custom auto generated code to add into gameuser, game, and engine config files. Ive used it to add a few simple things here and remove a few there. So far its work flawless, I really havent went as far as making completely custom drops. However from what ive seen, i have no doubt it will work.

    Just for this response Dear Traver Yates, We are still attempting to get in contact with Ryan P., the last I heard from Peter is that he was still unable to reach him. Peter will be back in the office in a few hours, we should know more then. I understand this is a very frustrating issue and I do apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you as well as our other customers!

    Then they send me a renewal notice last night with a invoice. I replied back, bring my servers online and I'll pay yall.
