Crops dont grow/Breeding not working when offline

Hello, I have a question. We have a new unofficial ARK server but there is a problem with it. When we are growing Crop Plots or start Breeding the progess of growing the crop plots and breeding only happens when we are online on the server. When we log out and nobody is online the progress stops. After some research it look likes the PreventHibernation option is needed but i cannot find any option to adjust this. Or maybe im looking at the wrong command and its something totally different. Some assistance please. Notoriious
