I haven't been able to find anything on this but here recently, during the last 2 mod updates, the server hasn't been updating it's mods correctly. No matter how many times we click "force update" or w/e it doesn't update itself and it keeps throwing up the mod mismatch error. What I've had to do is find out which mod last updated through various means, and then upload the latest file to the server.. All of which can be a pita if you run a lot of mods that get frequently updated. Can something be done about this? either on our end or yours?

A friend and I have been playing on your servers for quite a while now and we're at the end of our rope.. pretty much thinking about quitting ark for an extended period of time. I saw that there is the procedurally generated option and we decided to try it. Well, I tried it and the server is stuck on loading for the past 30 minutes. I didn't do anything too special, I browsed over the settings but decided not to touch anything until we have an idea of what exactly we want out of the map. So when I looked up PGark, some of the information is well over a year old. I didn't see anyone else trying this. So my question is, am I meant to do what the over a year old instructions tell me to do with the hosting a local server first? Is that still valid? Or is it a server issue that I need to submit a support ticket for?
