Server "Started"

linzy5546 posted a topic in 7 Days to Die

I have a new server #55178, it does not say "unknown status" but it is not getting past the "started" icon and over to ready. I have not been able to access it at all using steam but I have gained access to the files using a ftp program to change some game files.I have restarted the server and also run an update/validate and still do not have access. How would this best be handled? Thanks
