    For the drops you can use a program called beacon to edit the drops and configure them in your ini file. For flying dinos some are capped at a certain speed and are not able to be changed anymore. As the developers hard coded the speeds into the game for them. Others you should be able to level up their speed when they level up. If that option is not in there then it is one that is fixed.

    Can you cluster with anybody that has a server with survival servers or do you have to be the one renting both servers?

    I believe some of the commands that normally work on PC do not fully work on PS4 yet. I have seen this issue before with PS4 and tried a few commands on my server but didn't work.
