It would be really helpful if there was a service status page that I could go to. I think it would help reduce tickets when an issue is effecting several servers, and give server admins confidence that they know whats going on when something happens. I've used Cachet before at my job and it's really easy to use if you wanted to host it yourself, but I have also heard great things about Statuspage.io and Status.io.
