    yea when i first changed the settings on my server to 3x the first day or 2 didnt seem like anything happened. They they pushed the patch for the doubled rates on official and now im looting Stupid Crazy amounts. like 1 tuna gave 260 fish meat. way to high of rates lol. So i am not sure if it was applying properly before but seems to be now. Not sure if that helps anything but sharing my experience
