iam trying to get in & still after like 9-10 times & still wont go passed the connecting screen i wona like rage quit before i even get in ffs

hi all can any one help here exile server arma 3 when i try to log on with the a3 launcher i just get to the connecting screen & the game hangs it don't do it all the time but most can take up to 45 min to get in sometime have read that its the order the mod load it at but that means nothing to me can any one advise ? btw am green as grass at this so speak slowly many thanks in advance

just tried again to get in SR42 god dam it tried to restart it without the battle eye & a PW but the server control panel just hangs

hi all just purchased a Arma3 server & am getting some what vexed by it all have raised a ticket (465532) can get in the server but only for a few mins (30ish) then get kicked & can not get back in without restarting the server get back in & get a script restriction 42 i think when in the safe zone & now get kicked every time i get in please assist BTW iam bran new to this so talk slowly
