    I have the same problem also. I already sent a ticket but no reply yet. I have a busy server and its sometimes unplayable.

    Hello there Im not sure if Im blined but would it be possible for sub user with full access to a server have the ability to create a ticket. I have my own server and would really want my sub user to be able to send ticket while Im gone if issues occur. The same when he had issue on his I couldnt send a ticket. So the server was down for a few days. Maybe this already exist but just couldnt find it anywhere /Missy
