    Whenever I try to load in with infistar disabled It works fine. Whenever we turn infistar on or install infistar we cant load in and we are stuck on requesting authentication then eventually it just tells us to disconnect and try again. we have followed the instructions on the text document whenever you download infistar to the tee and we don't know what to do next
