I see you're using the Castles, Keeps and Forts mod. ID# 764755314. That mod has caused engram page lag for as long as the mod has been out. Also, Structures Plus can cause lag on the engram page. It's a mod issue, nothing you can really do about it, other than remove the mods. Also, 38 mods is kind of overboard lol. Your server, but trying to go through 38 mods to find problems is most likely to cause severe frustration and server wipes when you have an issue.
