What details are needed?

Decided to change my settings to show my location on the map: Connect - does not show my location - and dino's constantly pooping now!? WhatT? I did check other posts, and I ensured my poop rate was not 0 or something insane - it's set at 10 currently as an attempt to fix the constant duces but to no avail. Ticket is in - but if anyone knows the issue let me know Cheers!

I also can not find it in the available servers. i'd assume it's because i can't name it properly to find it. Please advise!

First timer here getting a server etc etc. Anyway, as of last night, my server 'control panel' won't update. Here's a list of things that seem to not be happening. text at the top saying "please wait (don't exit)..." Not even sure what I'm waiting for. Added all the required admin passwords etc - and clicking 'save settings and restart game server' does nothing. What's going on?
