    I have tried this and does not work ...more than two scripters have said i need to use ftp to change the file

    Yes it's in Bliss\BattlEye\scripts.txt then i need this changing SetWeaponReloadingTime to 1 instead of 5

    It stops you getting kicked for firing tanks jets ...it needs to be changed with an ftp not in tcadmin

    I cannot connect using ftp .I'm using the right host and username -pass and port ..i get this Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server
