I'm glad that they refunded you. I followed suit and requested a cancellation/refund of my server as well. I was trying to give SS a shot but I wanted to play more than I wanted to wait. I went over to NFO Servers and was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I've never rented a server before so I'm a total n00b with all of it and even I was able to get it up and running. I've been playing on it for a few hours and everything is going smoothly. Best of luck to everyone with your servers and/or refunds. I'll definitely post an update when I hear back from my two tickets!

I can't access my control panel at all. Whenever I click on 'Game Servers' all I see is: When I click the link there it takes me to the HTTP 500 error. I'm assuming that those of us who are getting these errors is because our servers were not set up properly when we purchased them, and I'm sure that ties into the other problems that SS is dealing with right now with the servers that already existed.

I'm having this issue as well. I put in a ticket almost 24 hours ago regarding it and haven't received a response yet. I'm sure the people who just got server, like you and I, are much much lower on their priority list, but I have my fingers crossed that we'll hear back as soon as they can get a reasonable handle on the other issues that are going on.

I bought a server yesterday afternoon and am having this exact issue. I put in a ticket because it seems as though my server was never setup which is why I can't actually access the control panel. Hopefully they are able to get around to answering my ticket and setting up my server sometime soon as I'm 4 hours away from the 24 hour ticket response time. As badly as I want to get this all going so I can play with my friends, I'm going to wait and see what happens once they get everything sorted out and back up and running. It's a brand new server so it's not like I've lost any progress or anything on it, so hopefully my patience will win out =/
