    So just to make sure that I am understanding what you're saying. After getting our server do we need to hit start to get the server running or no since start and stop are disabled currently? I know that I hit start after getting the email and the status switched to error. so is the server running or is there something else that I need to do? I am currently at work so am unable to get into the game to see. I'm just asking for general information.

    I ordered my server yesterday at around 3 maybe 4 pm EST and I still havent received anything saying its ready. Is that up to one full business day for set up based on EST time or Pacific and if its EST time then whats the deal with my server? And before you say anything yes I have a ticket in as well.
