  1. I am also thinking about requesting a refund due to the following reasons -

    • Customer Support Too Slow - When some of your competitors have ~5min response times at almost every time of the day it becomes very frustrating when you rent from a company that takes up to 6 hours to respond.
    • Separate Accounts For Everything - I have to have a separate account for customer support, control panel, and the forums. I have to do recaptchas and e-mail verification on all of them instead of it being one condensed account.
    • Server Lag - Not sure if this is related to Conan Exiles or the server host, but I run into quite a bit of rubberbanding in-game.

    I would love to rent from NFOservers... but the smallest amount of slots they have is 24 and that's expensive...

  2. Make sure your server and local client are up to date.

     

    If they are I had the issue when trying to join servers from the Steam Servers window, but when accessing from in game server list I was able to get in.

    This won't work for me because my server never shows in the master list. I have to use Steam's serverbrowser.

    No password is set but requests password. Typing nothing, or typing in something doesn't work. I then manually set a password and it still states password does not work.

     

    EDIT: Also, why do I have to go through all these captchas and multiple account registrations for this host? I have to do captchas for support, make an extra account for support, captchas for this forum, make a separate account for this forum. I'm paying $$/month, isn't that enough?
