No problem, glad it worked! Yeah, all you need is game.db which is your most current game save. If for some reason it doesn't load on your new server, you should go back through the backups and try uploading them (change the name to game.db) until one does.
Some versions of Windows have certain write protections in certain locations. It happens

Ah thanks, I see! This permission error is on your computer, not the server.
Are you running WinSCP as administrator? If not, that may fix it. If you already are, try saving the file in another place.
-
That file in particular isn't going to be useful to download, and might be harmful if you upload it to another host and it overwrites their files. I can understand why it's blocked and why SS doesn't want it modified.
All you need is the game.db file and possibly a few backups. Will those let you download them?
-
Can you log in through your FTP client, go to the Saved folder and try to download game.db, then PM the log output to me? It'll be easier to diagnose.

Though honestly it's hard to tell between players and thralls from a distance, so you could probably seed some crafted cities.

Oh snap I just posted a topic. Im getting an error when trying to download my saves folder. The server is shut down but it seems to be blocking me
Answered on your thread

If you're trying to download the entire Saved folder, there will be files locked from download. Have you tried downloading just the single files you need?
-
It's possible it's not working. The devs have mentioned that they've been removing bugged commands, such as item durability modifier. You're probably not missing anything, it's just early access.
-
You can try grabbing one of the backup db files and renaming it. It's possible there's an issue with the newest game.db
-
500 is a generic error. Just means something unexpected happened server-side and there's not anything specific to say. Nothing you guys can do to fix it from your end.
-
FTP into your server and grab game.db from the Saved folder. Upload to same folder on new provider.

ServerCommunity lets you choose what playstyle your server will be filtered by in the server list, like "Roleplaying", "relaxed, "Hardcore", etc.
B can be Damaged - Whether players can receive damage.Config Version and Blueprint Config Version are just version markers. -
Update: Server status is now stopped.
I was very excited to see this. I've been monitoring my logs and that endless pinging to Steam's servers I saw could not have been helping things.

Your best bet is probably the official Tech Manual.

There's also this from the official wiki: http://conanexiles.gamepedia.com/Server_Configuration

Quoting from other thread, it's the same root issue --
It's a known issue with today's patch, unfortunately:
http://steamcommunity.com/app/440900/discussions/0/133256240737249501/On the plus side, it looks like the in-game list for "favorites" is now working, at least in our house.
Right now we're facing an issue where players using the Steam server view are being sent to the wrong server if their server shares the same IP address as another server. This may manifest in one of the following ways:
1) You are being asked for a password for a server that shouldn't be password-protected2) You are prompted with an 'out of date' error for a server that should be the correct version3) You log in to a server you should have a character on, but end up having to roll a new oneWe are working on a fix for this now, and in the meantime we kindly ask that you stick to using the in-game browser to find games.Additionally, players attempting to find their LAN server should have the game client up before joining their server from the Steam server view.Thank you all for your patience and support while we work to fix these issues. We're working on a patch that should fix these connection issues and that should go out by tomorrow. -

After going through the server logs, I found this problem and that I'm definitely not the only one:
"Warning: Async task 'FOnlineAsyncTaskSteamCreateServer bWasSuccessful: 0' failed in 222.767598 seconds"
https://www.reddit.com/r/ConanExiles/comments/5s6fee/devs_big_server_issue_cant_start_server_again/There's an official Funcom response and a possible fix.
-
In the control panel, under the "Modify Server Config" button.
-
On Twitter, they said you had to open a support ticket for this.
-
We've had this happen several times. We can fix it repeatedly by having the affected person find our server from the in-game server list and enter the password w/ "remember" selected. Even if they don't connect successfully, they can enter from the Steam server list from then on.
Server files and logs??

There is FTP login information on your control panel. Both the logs and the game saves are under the "Saved" folder.
