  1. There is FTP login information on your control panel. Both the logs and the game saves are under the "Saved" folder.
  2. No problem, glad it worked! Yeah, all you need is game.db which is your most current game save. If for some reason it doesn't load on your new server, you should go back through the backups and try uploading them (change the name to game.db) until one does. Some versions of Windows have certain write protections in certain locations. It happens
  3. Ah thanks, I see! This permission error is on your computer, not the server. Are you running WinSCP as administrator? If not, that may fix it. If you already are, try saving the file in another place.
  4. That file in particular isn't going to be useful to download, and might be harmful if you upload it to another host and it overwrites their files. I can understand why it's blocked and why SS doesn't want it modified. All you need is the game.db file and possibly a few backups. Will those let you download them?
  5. Can you log in through your FTP client, go to the Saved folder and try to download game.db, then PM the log output to me? It'll be easier to diagnose.
  6. I just wish I could get them to put on pants
  7. Though honestly it's hard to tell between players and thralls from a distance, so you could probably seed some crafted cities.
  8. If you're trying to download the entire Saved folder, there will be files locked from download. Have you tried downloading just the single files you need?
  9. It's possible it's not working. The devs have mentioned that they've been removing bugged commands, such as item durability modifier. You're probably not missing anything, it's just early access.
  10. You can try grabbing one of the backup db files and renaming it. It's possible there's an issue with the newest game.db
  11. 500 is a generic error. Just means something unexpected happened server-side and there's not anything specific to say. Nothing you guys can do to fix it from your end.
  12. FTP into your server and grab game.db from the Saved folder. Upload to same folder on new provider.
  13. ServerCommunity lets you choose what playstyle your server will be filtered by in the server list, like "Roleplaying", "relaxed, "Hardcore", etc. B can be Damaged - Whether players can receive damage. Config Version and Blueprint Config Version are just version markers.
  14. I was very excited to see this. I've been monitoring my logs and that endless pinging to Steam's servers I saw could not have been helping things.
