    Maybe the dude had a stroke?
     
    No idea why they aren't responding, I was referred here by friends I trust and when they heard of the issues I'm having, they all seem pretty surprised. I'm frustrated, sure.
     
    And I've already started service with another host due to the combination of both server issues AND a serious lack of communication. Not to say I'm completely done here but I can't sit around waiting any more.
     
    Would be nice to have a refund but at this point you'll probably need it more than me.
