This can happen if you try to start/stop the server too quickly. Give it some time and it should come back. If it doesn't submit a detailed support ticket to the tech team.

Whenever i try to join my server, I ethier get Waiting for Host or i get stuck in the briefing menu. It was fine the first time i joined. I then reloaded and this happened.
I'm also haing issues with the live map and custom loadout things. whenever i try to load them up it says "Database connection failed (user): Access denied for user 'dayzsheas'@'216.244.82.26' (using password: YES) "

I would suggest creating a support ticket if you have not done so already. Please include everything you did to your server prior to the issue to help narrow down what could be causing the problem. Make sure not to have " quotes " in your server name. I did that once and it caused wait for host and a ticket response. It could be something small or something big. That is the reason for creating a ticket.

Remote Exec Lines: 35,36,37 I turned the beginning number from 5 to a 1 so it only logs. Fixed my issue. Some say update BE filters but still was kicking.

Only reason this wouldn't be working is if something is wrong with some files. I suggest sending in a support ticket.

I didn't lock this topic because you asked other questions. In the future, remember that there are many people who have been here before you and discussed this. Please search and tinker with stuff to try and work things out. Look on youtube for step by step guides and how to add new features. If you have any server related questions or problems send in a support ticket.

FAQ how to add vehicles via database (slow, outdated method, use the dayz tools or silent warrior)
Right click on Dayz Admin Map Tool to add vehicles. You can only add Dayz specific vehicles. This website is working on making an active list. You need rMod to add non dayz (regular arma 2 vehicles). Arma 2 is a military sim with endless possibilities. Dayz restricts a ton of that content for its own personal use. Everyone on the server needs to have the same modified file (hence the need for rmod) in order for custom vehicles to work.

My previous post still stands. Once you are sent the email from survival servers you should be able to contact the TSW creator direct and he will have your real name on the list. If you are having issues send in a support ticket and they will make sure to add you to the list.

Same. The tech team is working hard to resolve any and all issues. If you want the short response: They are working on it. If you wait for the long response it will be that the issue has been fixed.

I have submitted a ticket for the last 3 days. I have yet to get any feedback. BTW.. my server is down again, and I am loosing server population fast because of these issues.
The support team is working hard to answer all the tickets in the order they were received.

Any server can install this with a little bit of time and effort. Dayz.st borrowed the guide from another site so follow it set by step. You will need a little patience, a little bit of extra research, and a little common sense that things are not going to be easy if you never done this sort of thing before. Just take your time with it and keep calm.
You will need to find the DayZ server files you will need to edit
You will need a DePBO tool
You will need notepad++ (well not really but makes life easier for editing)
A PBO packing tool will make life easy too
All things a simple google search will provide links for.

I am so loving this mod. It totally revamps dayz. Can't wait for this mod to be added to the list of click and apply mods lol.
I have only a couple issues and those are.
1. Maptools doesn't work on my server with this mod anymore.
2. TSW doesn't work either. This issue i will take up with The creator.
I have submitted a ticket but just wanted to get out there that this mod is awesome even if it does cause a few headaches lol.

EDIT: Looked into it. Looks like it adds a whole new aspect to Dayz. Instead of scrounging around after the apocalypse society is rebuilding and there is some order to the world. Will keep tabs on the mod and hopefully we can have this added in.

I run auto refuel requested by popular demand. Just make sure you are looking in the correct folders. If you need further help please let us know.

It may or may not help to remove those with high pings and those who are not located near your hosting choice. 0-100 is normal but 100-200 is getting high and 200+ isn't that great. My server auto kicks at 300 but I give out warnings way ahead of time if they are above 200.

Hero skins are bugged that way. As far as any other skin I have not had an issue. Although the code teleports you way out into the ocean, changes skins, and should bring you back. Dayz code does a lot to change arma 2 and what it is capable of doing. You can create a support ticket but this sounds like standard Dayz glitches.

It does take time for servers to be set up. Survival Servers tech team has had a large amount of servers ordered as of recent. I suggest being patient and waiting for an email or response from your support ticket.

As far as I'm aware you cannot put time limits on that. The Dayz Tools section has the ability to change how many days before they are deleted. May have to do some research via google to find out if others are able to accomplish what you are looking for.

Greetings,
Every night for the past three nights the server hosting game servers using the 209.222.91.34 IP address has shut down and I assume rebooted at 23:00 EST.
The first night I thought what the hell. (lost an Mi17)
The second night I looked and it wasn't just my server.
And tonight once again the same servers were down again.
I have never noticed this issue before.
Is somebodys server doing something that's affecting the rest of the box?
Or is this server simply restarting once a day now?
I guess I'll have to add some warnings for this restart to my schedule text if thats the case.
Is this an Arma 3 server or an Arma 2 Dayz server? I would suggest making a support ticket as well so the tech team will also be in on the issue.

Hero Skins are known to be buggy. You can remove the humanity system and add the skins into the normal loot but that requires a lot of work and research. I just warn anyone who has one that it can be an issue.

That was at 4pm central time. Shouldn't take that long. I have done this on my computer for a game. I chose a server from someone else because I lack the resources in my office to run 20 people all the time.

There is nothing more to say than our Techs are working on it. You received a reply saying that were installing it. You created another ticket because you are not satisfied. I cannot satisfy you because you want results right away when you need them and that is all. I am sorry to say that there are many other customers out there who have the same right to our techs time as you do. If you cannot be patient as the rest there is nothing anyone can do for you because it does take time.

1. I do have them go into the lobby. I have even logged totally out of the game and tried to teleport them it just sends them to the ocean or the coast at a reg spawn location. Pain in the arse.
This, I have never experienced or dealt with personally. I apologize for your issues and I would suggest a ticket on that. I even tested it on my server just now and seems to work. Might be an isolated issue. Could you explain the steps you took to teleport someone. AS if I never used TSW before and you had to explain how to use it. Only way I can be sure you are not missing a step. Also only way to maybe assist you faster than a ticket.
2. I have recently updated all my BE files and scripts via the same link u sent but it was on another post. Still having this issue. WIll do some more research.
Alright, was this an issue with just yourself or all people trying to work on your server. If it is just you try to delete your dayz folder on your computer and reinstall it through a good program like Dayz Commander. If it is everyone try to make a ticket about the issue. A tech may need to look at it.
3. Figured as much lol. Hopefully someone on here knows what i need.
4. When i uploaded the new map file it wouldnt let me delete or replace the old one. All i could do was rename the old one and then upload the new one. So now my MPMissions folder on my server has two files. dayz_XXXX.chernarus.pbo and origdayz_xxxx.pbo. Or something like that lol. I always backup my files but thanks for the tip lol.

And btw thanks for the help Oscar. We had our issues in the past but it seems like you mellowed some lol. I for one will always try not to be a douche like some of the people i see on here.
Also to the people bitching about wait time. I have used other providers like Vilayer, they were faster but the answers weren't that helpful and the prices were crazy. I was paying 80 bucks a month for a 60 slot public server. Here i am paying 25 for a 40 slot private. I did the math. I can get a 100 slot server for around what i was paying for a 60 slot. Yeah I will put up with a bit longer wait time on tickets. Specially since i get better answers here.
No problem, I love to help, I started out as a new customer and worked my way to where I am. I am an EMT by profession so helping people is the game. I hope we are able to resolve all of your issues and others.

Sounds like they are working on it. Other than that wait for a response to your new ticket and do not try to mess with any server settings on your own.

You are right RCON is not available. As far as I am aware you do not have the ability to kick/ban players. Battle eye isn't even active so you cannot use standard battle eye commands either. It is still an alpha and tools are limited.
