The last post I made where to find the server pbo is the file I think you are looking for. The description.ext in that pbo is what you need to edit. Best of luck.

Sorry for my noob questions...
but i have not understand where is file mission.pbo (mentioned in the guide) in my survivalservers private server....
and the folder where put in folder named scripts .....is folder missions in root directory?
and the file script where modify line.... is in bliss/battleye directory?

TC Admin > File Manager > MPmissions > dayz_server#.pbo.
You cannot delete any new pbo's added and make sure to backup your original pbo by saving it to desktop somewhere. Or renaming it. You can see I have several PBO files but if you add a number to it the file won't be pulled.

Must have took down the info. It was a volunteer basis. It is going to take some time to learn everything but the basics include:

Wait for intro email with all the password information
set up the configuration files the way you would like via TC admin
start the server
How to add buildings, vehicles, utilize tools can be found in the FAQ section or on the web. There are endless possibilities if you are willing to take the time and effort to do so.
My server runs 500 vehicles, 20 choppers, auto refuel scripts, full moon nights (although we are on 24 daylight), TSW, Gotcha, Tons of custom buildings and bases, a website, and more. Took countless hours of my time but I have a strong community because I was willing to look hard and far for the information. I suggest reading through the forums for different information. Lots of useful stuff if you go topic by topic and read. Might take some time but you will get a lot of info. If you can list specific questions. I'll answer them here on the forums.

I suggest doing research and learning how to code arma games. Anything is possible if you have the knowledge.

As long as there are spacing and you following the format of the original file it should be good to go. If it continues to become a problem please submit a support ticket. I am sorry I do not have the answer off hand.

I can assure you survial servers cares about their customers. I was just like you at one point. Just another customer but this company has shown that they do care and will try to answer your issues. Support tickets may take a little longer to answer but you will get real answers that help you out if you make sure to provide all the details needed for the tech team to handle it.

i bought a community hive when i wanted a private hive(thinking i could change it in server setting) i have summit a support ticket to have it change do i need to pay again or will it be changed at no cost ?
I am not part of the billing/support team but it shouldn't be a problem to switch it over. Expect a delay in how fast your server is set up. Wait for a response from your support ticket for more information.

Shift click should always work without having to enable anything. Players on my server are able to use it all the time. It is an awesome feature of arma 2.

I have researched this at length and if you modify the file that bans the vehicles it is a file everyone on your server must have. Hence the reason for the small rmod file. Was an easy way to make everyone have that same unbanned file. There are ways around this as I have seen other servers do it but good luck finding the secret because they hang on to it dearly.

bought it on the 30th still haven't gotten the email saying "Welcome to SurvivalServers" and I can't even log into the panel..

Considering you purchased the server on the weekend and the new amount of customers your wait time is normal. You may submit a support ticket if you wish but I am sure the server will be ready to go shortly.

That topic you referred to has everything you need to know. If you have BEC extended controls you follow the below guidelines for creating restarts. Just make sure the job IDs follow suit 1,2,3, ect and you are good to go.

Usually 24 hours is the maximum. Glad you are excited. Just remember to be patient and take things slow. It is really easy to rush in. Visit the other topics here and you will usually find all the answers you need.
