I have clicked on that after changing the drop down to "update server" and its still giving that ???

My husband and i have been running a server off his computer for a while and decided for better performance we would choose to rent a server. Now what we would like to do is move our server files over to the server domain that we rented through Survival servers. I seem to have gotten the files from his computer in to the server files but i keep getting that the server ark version:??? and that it will sit on "loading" Mind you it has done this since we first started the server before even moving files over. So I have read through the forums and i think I may be missing something. I also would like to know if what we are trying to do is even possible or will we have to start the server all over again. Up till this point we have been using ark server manager for the server running if that help any.
