    I installed Structers plus and i can see the engrams but i can not learn them, this is my first server so not completely sure of what i am doing. can someone help teach me?

    So i started an ark server and i tried to add in mods, i used the id's on the control panel and the first mods works fine, but after that, like for example the bore mod that adds a engram bore for the water pipe shows up but i can't learn it. and the structures plus the engrams show up but i can't learn them. please help
