    After the last patch, users on my server have noticed an increase in FPS issues that present themselves as "lag" when around certain bases. We're still trying to find out what is directly creating the issue, but this may be the same problem you're running into. The server itself is running fine, with a constant ping of around 15 ~ 20 for my players, but whenever they get near certain areas, then game will drop to 10 ~ 15 fps and start making users rubber band and such.
