  1. Alright, so my friends and I are playing on my server after the 1.7.5.1 update and we remember that there's supposed to be Humvee's in game now. So being the server admin, I looked at both of the map tools available to me. Both told me the exact same coordinates and showed a very similar visual location. But it wasn't there... I used the DayZ Tools to run a task to spawn vehicles after deleting the Humvee. The task told me that a Humvee had indeed spawned in that exact location it had previously said. Is there a potential glitch with the admin map tools when it comes to the 1.7.5.1 features? And if so, is there an ETA on bug fixes? I figured I'd ask on here because others might be experiencing the same problem. (if it has something to do with the configuration files, please be very specific. I'm not an expert with this yet. lol)
  2. Submit a support ticket. This is an account specific query that most of the forum members won't be able to solve.
  3. Mine is working. I can't install the new beta, but it's running 1.7.5.1 successfully and playable. The only downside is that players were getting kicked for BE Script Restrictions. So to verify integrity of the server and make sure everything was up to snuff, I disabled BE temporarily and locked it until I can get the issue fixed.

  5. I'm getting a lot of #44 and #40. The fixes I've seen are all something to do with the scripts.txt both server and clientside. Take a look at this. http://dayzmod.com/f...80#entry1024522 It looks like a fairly common problem since the 1.7.4.4 update. Edit: The scripts.txt server side fix removed the script restrictions for me, but when I try to get on, it takes 30-40 seconds on the "Requesting Authentication" screen, then "something went wrong, disconnect and try again" over-laying the "loading character data" text. I also can't access all of the Beta installs on the Mod Manager screen in TCAdmin, thus disallowing me to uninstall a previous build that is incompatible with 101480.
  6. It's nice to see it's being worked on. (although I think I was very close, I might have been missing one or two things). On a separate note, it would appear that Survival Servers is on a different time zone than myself judging by the delay in response.
  7. Depending on your service details, you can probably update manually. Theoretically. On TCAdmin, there's a link called File Manager. In that, there's an unbelievably ugly UI (since TCAdmin is pretty to begin with /s) showing you all the available files pertaining to your server. In the @DayZ directory, there is a folder called Addons. It is possible to upload files to the file manager. So theoretically, you can download the update to your computer, then upload and overwrite the necessary files. I'm trying it now. Will post results. Edit: Also, you have to install Arma 2 OA Beta Patch 101480
  8. Give them some time. DayZ just updated and they have a flood of details to work out as well as the bugs with the new Map and Load Tools.

  11. So my friends and I were playing on my server, and we had a rather nice little base camp. By little I mean the V3S, Ural, a UAZ, and a UH-1H Huey. We logged off for the night and a few of the players that liked the server, but I don't personally know, were on and took note of a player hacking. He started off with nothing, then went on a teleport rampage, killing most of the players on the server (maybe 5 or 6 scattered about Chernarus). He, the hacker, and his friend raided my base and destroyed everything and looted little to nothing. Now, I'm not to worried about the base itself. We can replace that stuff. But I want to ban these two players before they can do anymore damage. Not that it matters, the hackers' names are Victa and warboy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
