You most likely have to add it in commands, or in config. It will not show up on the control panel because Survial Servers has to put it in manually themselves, meaning they cannot create a mod map selection option due to the work they would have to do. So just try looking in commands.dat config or something else in the Servers Folder. I would look in my server but for some reason it was suspended.
