Hi I have been trying to get my server going for 18 hours now. When i first started i selected the NC Data center which was i found through support ticket down due to an unplanned maintenance and would be up shortly, After about an hour an a half i decided to transfer to the NY data center but i found that the Control panel was disabled. Had to wait for reply to support ticket to get it re enabled. Transfered to the NY center throught he control panel got the please wait dont close this browser message and it stayed there all night. i sent in a support ticket after about 40 minutes of nothing and waited with the window opened for another 6 hours before i went to bed and gave up for the night. i am still waiting for the response to the ticket #418499 but at this point im about to cancel my service and look somewhere else. I have rented and hosted/colod multiple servers over the years and havent had this much trouble getting one just set up. Thank you Hios
