    After loading up The Center and then switching back to Ragnarok, it finally loaded properly.

    Same issue here trying to load Ragnarok. The server say it's online in the control panel, but no one can connect. Map is listed as ShooterEntry and my server name is showing up as "ARK #174103 - (v258.8)" with 0/70 slots when it's only a 10 slot server.

    Are your servers also not updated to the latest version (246.1)? My server refuses to update every time I restart. It still says it's on version 245.988.

    I've been waiting almost 7 hours for my ARK server now. No response from support also. Is this normal or is something wrong with my order? My invoice status is paid and paypal did withdraw from my account. Hoping for an answer soon.
