    @Fluffypawns - the lock was removed last night after we submitted our ticket (thanks Ryan/Steven) @Atrum - did your issues start after the Ark 244.2 update? We run the Annunaki Genesis mod which required us to refresh the files after the 244.2 update in order for things to work properly again. Apart from that the server runs pretty good for us... and support rocks.

    I'm browsing the forums looking for info on a similar situation. We submitted a support ticket a few hours ago and are still waiting to hear back. Did you get this message as well: "Update settings and restart game server (STAFF INTERVENTION LOCKED)" We can't seem to access anything on the server right now... can't even restart it. This is a new one on us... hoping to hear something soon.
