  1. Having the same issue....purchased a few days ago...Haven't been able to log in and play on it yet.

    When I try to connect remotely from Arma using the IP/port....this is what I see.

I just purchased a server (Epoch Sauerland).  I got an email immediately after I submitted my payment and I can log into and open my server control panel fine.   It doesn't seem to be responding though. The status shows "started" but undernieth the server name there is a line of text that says:  Please wait (don't exit).  I really can't do anything with it and clicking the download link for my servers PBO file does nothing.

         Should I wait a bit more or submit a ticket?   TIA

  3.  I will not allow anyone on our support team that does not have the passion for helping customers and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the support / gaming industry. 

     

     

    This is good to read.   I would much rather wait a few hours and have my issues addressed by a pro who knows what he's doing than have some entry-level call center noob googling every third word in my support ticket to try to wrap his head around what it is I'm dealing with.
