Hello, This morning (7 GMT, London timezone), I found out that my server was offline for some reasons. Before i went to bed it was running completely fine. However I started my server and it was running smoothly until about an hour ago, there it goes it shut itself again. I checked my server control panel and it said "Server Details: Stopped". Basically within the last 12 hours my server stopped itself twice already. Questions Is this an issue from the server side? If not from server side, what is causing this and how can i fix it? Thank you

Hello, I am currently renting 20 slots server but my server always shows that it has (21/20 players) even though, when i check on "ShowMyAdminManager" I only see 14 players playing at that moment. Worse is that some of my players cannot join the server because it keeps saying that the server is full. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you ** point is its always over 20 players even when we were only 7-8 players online

Hello, I tried to update my ARK survival server from Version 241.1 to 241.2. After waiting for over an hour, the pop-up saying that the server is being updated please wait hasn't disappeared and my server is offline. Once i refreshed my control panel, the server keep remaining offline and there is an extra line saying "Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "start" which started 05/19/2016 01:20:24 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is completed." However, I cannot start server, renew the update or even to check what is happening. What do i have to do to fix this? Can you help me fix it because tons of my players have been waiting for over 2 hours now. Thank you ** I have already submitted the ticket Ticket no. #907631

You forgot to download DLC for The center map my players got the same problem, patch 241 or 241.1 did not come with DLC package. You need to download DLC for map The Center separately Link to check or download DLC >>> http://store.steampowered.com/app/473850 <<<

Hello, I just rented out the server two days ago and everything is roughly okay with the setting. Earlier this morning, i discovered that my server doesn't have either Chemistry Bench or Primitive Canon (basically all new items from patch 239) why is that? I tried to find out myself but didn't find anything. I tried to summon those items and blueprint which seems to work but I could not find their engram blueprints in my character. I tried to update the server but it didn't fix anything Pls help me fix this Thanks
