I think with Oxide mod it automatically makes owners/admins name's green. Also, Rusty Tools seems to be abandoned by the developer sometime during last year. You can try Rust Admin instead if you'd like. The developer is very much active. The program has a TON of different features and is very aesthetically pleasing, including multiple themes. One of my favorite features is that you can have it so when someone types a word like "admin" it'll play a sound and flash the window. It's pretty awesome! I used Rusty when I first got my server from SS but soon after I found Rust Admin and never looked back. Hope this helped!
