Is anyone else experiencing this issue? According to the ticket that I submitted it's an Ark Server Browser issue, but nobody else that I know of is having issues with their servers. (They use different providers as well) People can find the server through Toparkservers or by manually entering it in, but it fails to appear on the unofficial list. I just want to know if anyone else is having this issue. So far i'm pretty agitated with the support (or lack of) from this provider. I'd rather not move providers but this is getting out of hand. Other people are pushing 24+ hours on tickets. Seems like y'all need more admins or something.

Anyone else experiencing this? Also my server STILL does not show the current version.

Been having some issues with people finding our server. I've checked the Unofficial list and our server fails to show up. The only way people have been able to join us is by joining off of friends who are currently on the server. Once you have a character created it shows up on the "My Survivors" list but still does not appear on the "UnOfficial". The only other way is by adding the IP with the port and then doing the +1, but this still doesn't solve the unofficial listing issue. With that being said, this is costing us players. According to support it has something to do with Arks Server Browser, or it can just take a few days. It's been 4 days, so I'll give it 7 to show up. Friend just used a different provider and his server shows up just fine. Quite irritating as this really affects our player base. Game Server ID: 12498 The server is up and running and runs fine besides a few lag spikes here and there. Thanks Kyle EDIT: The server also fails to show the current Patch number. Any fix to this as it can be a deterrent to players.
