So, I had a server for 4 months and after a rough start (blamed the game being in beta) the server started working flawless. I got the server so my son and I could play, he stopped playing and my friend and I rarely played so I decided to stop the server. Now my friend wanted a server so I told him I ended pretty happy with you guys so would recommend you. He pays for server #12341 and yesterday was his first full day of the server. First my friend was upset at me because he had to download firefox to use the control panel, support said IE wouldn't work. Then last night we got on and started playing and the server locked up. We restarted the server and it ran for another 15 minutes or so and locked up again. He put a ticket in at 7ish central time last night and this morning the server still looks locked up (shows 2 people playing... assumingly him and I... but you can't connect). If there is anything you can do to get the server working and hopefully a good experience started, I appreciate the effort so I don't look like a total idiot ass. Thanks!
