    question about this.. ive tired using rusty and on my control panel on the website it says my ip is 163.172.16.142:28116 im assuming 28116 is my port number but the control panel says my RCON port is 21..so when using rusty do i use 28117 or 21 for the RCON port? side note guess it helps if you unpack the file first never mind
