    snow got a reaction from Has No Name in Server will not stop, restart, or even take a back-up   
    I am having a big problem, I was adjusting character stats and levels in the control panel, and now my server wont restart, or stop, or anything....I am still able to access it, but I really need to restart...thanks for the help
