    Okay so recently I had to have my whole server reinstalled by an admin to fix something. Before me and my friends play everyday I hit "restart" to make sure there is new loot and cars, however when I tried it this time only loot respawned. I've tried it multiple times and I'm not sure how to fix it. Please help
