I haven't done a backup because I'm fairly new at this, any chance you could help with that? Though with the server timing out, not sure there's any way to back up right now.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I'm happy to be patient with these guys as they get the server issues fixed, but at the same time, we did pay for X amount of server time and we can't use it at all right now, so that's But we are getting the exact same issue you are.

We fixed it temporarily last night by switching the server location, as we had this issue when the server was first made. Now, though, after some hours in the server, we don't want to change the server location and wipe all the data to *maybe* fix it. So I'm not sure what we can do.

Has anyone had issues with servers that work for a bit and then they consistently give a server timed out error? Has anyone found a good fix for this? That's the problem we are having with the server we just purchased yesterday.
